DayStar Pool Cleaning is committed to providing the highest quality pool cleaning and maintenance services to our valued customers. We take pride in our work and strive to exceed your expectations with every visit. By signing this agreement, you are enrolling in our weekly pool cleaning service and agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Service: DayStar Pool Cleaning will provide weekly pool cleaning and maintenance services to your property. This includes skimming, brushing, vacuuming, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Additional services may be requested at an additional cost.

Payment: Payment is due on a weekly basis, either via credit card on file or by leaving a check on the day of service. Any missed payments may result in the suspension of service.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel service, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the service visit.

Liability: DayStar Pool Cleaning is licensed and insured. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property and equipment, but we are not liable for any damage that occurs prior to or during our service visits.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
